Bottom gold stand came bent

I purchased the Abir Velvet Ottoman for my bathroom. It arrived in perfect condition and is actually a beautiful and well made ottoman. Unfortunately, the color was not right for the space. I contacted customer service to arrange for a return and had an equally pleasant experience as purchasing the piece. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again...in fact...I will continue my search for the perfect vanity seat on their site!
